These rules preserve the privacy, safety and character of the residence for every guest who stays with us.

  • 01Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
  • 02No parties, events, or external gatherings without prior written approval.
  • 03Smoking is strictly prohibited inside every bedroom and indoor area — a mandatory ₦100,000 fine applies. Designated outdoor smoking area or balcony only.
  • 04Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for the neighbourhood.
  • 05Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing in advance.
  • 06Maximum occupancy as agreed at booking may not be exceeded at any time.
  • 07Commercial, illegal, or hazardous activity on the property is strictly forbidden.
  • 08Please treat the residence, its furnishings and the grounds with the care you would your own home.
