The following terms govern every reservation and stay at Verish Court. By submitting a reservation request, you confirm your agreement to these terms.

By submitting a reservation request or staying at Verish Court Luxury Stay (the "Property"), you (the "Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the owners and operators of Verish Court (the "Estate").
All reservations are provisional until full payment has been received, verified and confirmed in writing by the Verish Court Guest Relations Team. The Estate reserves the right to refuse any reservation at its sole discretion, including before or after payment, in which case funds will be returned.
A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. The deposit secures the Estate against damage, missing items, additional cleaning costs, and any breach of these Terms. The deposit will be returned, less any deductions, within fourteen (14) days of check-out following an inspection of the Property.
The Guest is fully responsible for any damage to the Property, its furniture, fittings, finishes, appliances, art, electronics, linens, and grounds caused by the Guest or their invitees during the stay.
Missing or stolen items, broken or damaged furniture, broken or damaged appliances, stained or damaged linens, and any cleaning required beyond standard turnover will be deducted from the security deposit. Where damage exceeds the deposit, the Guest agrees to reimburse the Estate in full within seven (7) days of written demand.
Only Guests named on the reservation are permitted on the Property. Parties, social gatherings, photo or film shoots, weddings, and any event involving non-registered visitors are strictly prohibited unless agreed in writing in advance and a separate event fee paid. Violation is grounds for immediate removal, forfeiture of all sums paid, and additional charges.
Use of the Property for any commercial purpose, sublet, paid event, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation, removal from the Property, forfeiture of all sums paid, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.
Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the residence. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a deep-cleaning charge of not less than five hundred United States Dollars (USD 500), deducted from the security deposit.
Verish Court is a private residence within a discreet neighbourhood. Excessive noise, disruptive behaviour, or any complaint received from neighbours or security may result in a warning and, on a second occurrence, immediate removal without refund.
The Estate reserves the absolute right to refuse service, refuse entry, or remove any Guest or invitee at any time for breach of these Terms, misrepresentation at the time of booking, behaviour deemed dangerous, abusive, or disrespectful to staff or neighbours, or for any other reason in its sole discretion. In such cases no refund will be issued.
Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM local time. Standard check-out is by 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Maximum occupancy as agreed at the time of booking may not be exceeded at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Estate, its owners, operators, staff and contractors shall not be liable for any loss, theft, injury, illness, or damage to personal property suffered by any Guest or invitee during their stay or while on the Property. The Guest stays at their own risk and is encouraged to maintain appropriate travel insurance.
The Estate is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, power or water outages, civil disturbance, government action, pandemic, or armed conflict.
Cancellation terms are provided alongside payment instructions and form part of these Terms. No refund is due for early departure or no-show.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delta State.
