Verish Court Luxury Stay ("we", "our", "us") operates a private luxury residence in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information about reservation enquirers and guests.

2. Information We Collect

• Reservation information: full name, email address, telephone number, country of residence, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, and any preferences or notes you share with us.
• Communication information: messages exchanged with our Guest Relations Team via the website contact form, email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Payment information: bank transfer references provided by you. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.
• Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your reservation and communicate with you about your stay.
• To send transactional emails such as reservation requests received, approved, or declined notices.
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form.
• To protect the security of our guests, staff, and property.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Email Communications

Reservation-related emails are transactional and necessary to fulfil your booking. We do not send marketing or promotional newsletters. Every transactional email includes an unsubscribe link for non-essential messages.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with: (a) trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate the website and deliver email (under confidentiality obligations); and (b) authorities when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of our guests, staff or the Estate.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted database storage, row-level access controls, and limited staff access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure; we will notify affected guests promptly if a material breach occurs.

7. Data Retention

Reservation records are retained for up to seven (7) years for accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. Contact-form messages are retained for up to two (2) years. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us, subject to legal retention requirements.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting reservations@stayverishcourt.com. You may also object to or restrict certain processing and request data portability where applicable under your jurisdiction's law.

9. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen (16) directly; reservations for minors are made by an accompanying adult.
